Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday’s sermon, “Blessed Assurance”:

• You CAN KNOW that you are saved!
• The Apostle John, through the power of the Holy Spirit, wrote the book of I John in order that we may know that we have eternal life.
• When we pray according to God’s will, He hears us.
• If He hears us, He will answer us.  (But the prayer must be according to His will.) 
• That assurance comes through a right relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
• God deems us as righteous when we are covered by the Blood of Christ.
• When you see a brother sinning, step in to reprove him.
• God keeps His children.
