Roof Work Begins

Posted by Rick on September 3, 2010

Work has already begun on replacing the roof on the education wing of the church building.  The new shingles were delivered this morning.  Tear off will begin at daybreak on Monday morning.

Bro Willie has been working hard replacing the facing on much of the building and expects to be finished by tomorrow morning.

The church still needs approximately $1100 to bridge the gap between what the insurance company will pay and what the new roof will cost.  If you are interested in assisting with this fund, please contact the church as soon as possible or simply mark your envelopes “Roof Fund” and place it in the offering this Sunday.

The work is being completed by Just In Time Roofing Company.

Roof Fund Established

Posted by Rick on August 16, 2010

ISBC announces the establishment of a New Roof Fund.  Our insurance company will pay all but about $1500.00 of a new roof for our education wing.  Our general fund is insufficient to bear the burden of this expense and we are asking ISBC Family and friends of ISBC to consider making a contribution to this fund.

If you are interested, please make your check payable to:

Immanuel Southern Baptist Church
611 N. Gertrude Ave
Wagoner, OK 74467

Please mark your check “Roof Fund”.

All contributions are tax deductible.
