Posted by Rick on November 19, 2007

Wagoner, OK – Immanuel Southern Baptist Church is currently seeking God’s provision for the right person to fill the position of Minister of Music and Youth.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading worship in a traditional church setting.  He will have a heart for worship and for reaching the youth of Wagoner.  A solid personal walk with the Lord is essential.

The Minister of Music and Youth will be expected to organize and lead in 3 worship services per week: Sunday morning, Sunday evening, Wednesday evening.  He should also be able to organize a choir and an overall church music program.  There is an expectation of teaching youth Sunday School as well, but this is negotiable.

Immanuel Southern Baptist Church is a 55 year old church, currently in transition.  We desire to do what is necessary to reach the unchurched in Wagoner and the surrounding communities.  The church currently uses hymnals only, but is open to other media, as resources become available.

Interested candidates should send their résumé and song service tape, CD or DVD to:
