Here are some “sound bites” from yesterday’s sermon, “Responding to a Raw Deal”:

• Life isn’t fair.
• The wicked who prosper will only have a temporary prosperity.
• Sometimes “temporary” means a human lifetime; think of temporary in terms of eternity.
• It is OK to be brutally honest with God and complain to Him.
• You need to get the “Big Picture”, a prospective that includes God and eternity.
• When you look at the prosperity of the unrighteous, you take your eyes off God and can be swept away by your desires. 
• Get in the fellowship of believers; stay in church.
• Renew your fellowship with God.
• Confess your sin, then commit to keep your eyes on God and God’s kingdom.
