Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s message, “The Blood of Christ” based on Hebrews 9:11-22:
- The vileness of sin is so great it required an equally vile cure.
- Blood has been required to cover sin since Adam and Eve sinned and God had to kill an animal to make clothes for them.
- The blood of bulls and goats are not good enough to forgive sin.
- Jesus became the acceptable sacrifice.
- Jesus’ sacrifice only had to be made once.
- His sacrifice is available to all who believe.

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s sermon, “The Cross of Christ” based on I Corinthians 1:18-25:
- The message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing.
- The message of the cross is the power of God to those who are being saved.
- The cross is a symbol of God’s great love for us.
- The cross is a reminder of the vileness of our sin.
- People try to make sense out of God’s plan, but it confounds them.
- Christianity isn’t really a religion; it is a relationship.

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s message, “Declaration of Dependence” based on Psalm 33:10-22:
- Despite what people are saying, America has a rich Christian heritage.
- Our laws and our societal structure are based on the Ten Commandments and other Judeo-Christian principles.
- America’s leaders have failed the vision set forth by our Founding Fathers.
- America’s path is currently away from God.
- We must confess, repent, and turn toward God.
- We must no longer be independent of God, but completely dependent upon Him.

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s message, “Are You Sure You’re Saved?” based on I John 5:11-13:
- Many people have some sort of “religious experience” and think they are saved.
- Many people are led to believe that walking down an aisle or getting baptized makes them saved.
- John wrote that we can be sure we’re saved if you:
- have a hatred of sin
- desire to obey God’s law
- have a love for the brethren
- have a desire to be holy
- have the internal witness of the Holy Spirit.
- Our assurance of salvation is not based on experience, a prayer, or a ceremony.
- True Biblical assurance is to be based on the presence of these real and observable measures in our lives.

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday mornings message, “Take the Veil Away” based on 2 Corinthians 3:4-18:
- The old covenant was a ministry of death; the new covenant a ministry of life.
- The old covenant was a ministry of condemnation; the new a ministry of righteousness.
- The old covenant was law written on tablets of stone; the new written on tablets of your heart.
- The old covenant passes away; the new remains forever.
- The covenant God makes with us cannot be broken; it will endure for God is faithful.
- To try to live under the old covenant (law) will only lead to death.
- To live under the new covenant (grace) will lead to eternal life.
