The Revival Event may be over, but the revival will continue! Bobby Smith brought a thrilling and informative series on “Israel’s Role in End Times Prophecy”.
ISBC is planning a fall revival for September 19-22. Evangelist Bobby Smith will provide a 5 sermon series on eschatology, or End Times. He will provide a slide show from Israel to correspond with prophesies.
Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday Morning’s sermon, “Read the Signs” based on Matthew 24:1-14:
As we can look up in the sky and know that a storm is coming, so can we “read” the signs that Jesus will return.
Jesus provides at least six signs to tell us of his return:
False Christs
Wars and rumors of wars
Famines and earthquakes
Christians hated by all nations
False prophets
People’s love will grow cold because of lawlessness
Jesus tells us to “not be frightened”
Instead, we should be very encouraged, for the signs are there that He will be returning soon.
