Bits and Bytes

Here are some “sound bites” from yesterday’s sermon, “God’s Christmas Gift”:
-
We, as gentiles, we not included as God’s chosen people.
-
God’s gift was too big to just give to the Jews.
- God’s way was to come in humility.
- He could have proclaimed Christ’s birth worldwide, but instead it was only to a few shepherds.
- The birth of a modern king is covered by worldwide media, but God chose a time when there was no TV.
- God loved us all so much that He sent His only Son, to become sin in our place.
- To take a gift and put it on a shelf to open later is not really receiving a gift.
- We must not just take, the gift, but we must open it and receive it personally.
