Here are some “sound bites” from the Sunday morning message, “All I Want for Christmas: Prince of Peace” based on Isaiah 9:6 and Luke 7:35-50:
- We are constantly searching for peace
- We look to be at peace with God, with others, and with ourselves
- We will never know peace until we are reconciled to God through Jesus Christ
- Jesus is our Prince of Peace

The ISBC Cookie Ministry takes bags of cookies to prisoners at the Wagoner County Detention Center each month. This month, the prisoners will receive a little extra for Christmas.
The ladies made homemade cookies (oatmeal, lemon, and others) and included Christmas candy and candy canes all in decorative Christmas bags. Each bag was tied with a ribbon and included a Gospel tract.
We have been contacted by several prisoners, in the past, thanking the ladies for their gift of kindness to remember them in their imprisonment. We’ve also received several letters from the tract company notifying us of people who have been saved!

“…I was in prison, and you came to Me.” ~ Jesus

- Jesus’ birth is the fulfillment of a long awaited promise.
