We had a great day yesterday with visitors in both services! Here are some “sound bites” from the morning sermon, “My Grace Is Sufficient” based on 2 Corinthians 12:7-10
America is being fed garbage and being told it is the Gospel.
The Gospel nor the Bible NEVER promises for you to be rich or healthy or happy.
God does promise that you will have hardships.
God promises that He will be with you in those difficult times.
The True Gospel is that God loves us so much that He sent Jesus to die on our behalf that if we believe in Him, we’ll have eternal life instead of being separated from Him for eternity.

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s sermon, “Fireproof Faith” based on Daniel 3:13-31:
Hannaniah, Mishael, and Azariah were faced with obedience to God or compromise to save their hide.
Rather than compromise, they trusted God to save them.
They had decided that even IF God chose to not save them, they weren’t going to bow to the idol.
We won’t typically face those types of decisions because we will have already compromised.
We face the decision between obedience and compromise a hundred times a day.
We must be faithful to God and trust His way.

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s sermon, “The Two Questions” based on Exodus 2:11-15:
When faced with temptation, we can ask ourselves two questions to help us work through it.
The first question is, “Am I willing for others to see me do this?”
The second is, “Am I going to have to cover this up after I finish?”
It is easier to resist the first desire than to satisfy all that follow.
What we do when no one is looking tells us a lot about our character.
We should “resist the devil”.
We should “flee immorality”.
