Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s message “Even More Implications of Grace” based on Romans 7:14-25:
- The power of grace is greater than the power of the law
- When we apply God’s grace to our own lives, we can be victorious over sin
- Often, Christians find more delight in their sin than in their Savior
- We must delight ourselves in the Lord!

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s message, “Some Implications of Grace” based on Galatians 3:1-5:
- The Law doesn’t save you
- The Law doesn’t perfect you
- The Law doesn’t give life
- The Law shows us our sin
- We are saved by grace
- Grace should dominate our lives, not the law

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s message, “The Christian Life: Stewardship” based on Mark 12:41-44:
- Tithing is a command of the law of the Old Covenant.
- There is no way Christians can biblically tithe today.
- What we call tithing today is merely giving 10%.
- God does not call us to tithe.
- He calls us to give sacrificially.
- He calls us to give faithfully.
- He calls us to trust Him to meet our needs.
- To require someone to tithe is nothing more than modern-day pharisee-ism and legalism.

Here are some “sound bites” from the Sunday morning message on January 24, 2010, “A Matter of Forgiveness” based on Matthew 18:21-35:
- We have been forgiven much.
- We should be able to forgive anyone of anything at anytime.
- If we aren’t able to forgive, we need to examine our relationship with God.
- When we forgive others, it is as much for ourselves as for the other person.

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday morning’s message, “A Matter of Trust” based on Mark 12:41-44:
- Tithing is an Old Testament concept
- Tithing is not commanded in the New Testament
- Tithing is a concept under the law
- The New Testament model of giving is based on grace
- The concept of tithing is abused and mis-guided in the church today
- 10% is a good place to start, but Jesus demands everything
- If you can’t trust God with your finances, how can you trust Him with to save your soul?
- If God isn’t Lord over your money, He probably isn’t Lord over your heart either.

Here are some “sound bites” from Sunday mornings message, “Take the Veil Away” based on 2 Corinthians 3:4-18:
- The old covenant was a ministry of death; the new covenant a ministry of life.
- The old covenant was a ministry of condemnation; the new a ministry of righteousness.
- The old covenant was law written on tablets of stone; the new written on tablets of your heart.
- The old covenant passes away; the new remains forever.
- The covenant God makes with us cannot be broken; it will endure for God is faithful.
- To try to live under the old covenant (law) will only lead to death.
- To live under the new covenant (grace) will lead to eternal life.
